Please note that the Plage Pirate establishment will not open its doors this summer 2024 due to development, renovation and beautification work on the Pinède promenade, boulevard Baudoin.
At the heart of the pine forest in Juan les Pins, Pirates Beach enjoys an exceptional situation. For the controllers of the institution, the family Palamite hosts of loyal customers throughout the year. Behind the kitchen, Anna concocts a varied menu and the cuisine has the reputation of the place. The restaurant enjoys a sheltered terrace with a beautiful view over the islands of Lerins.
The infrastructure can accommodate up to 120 people for seated dinner (200 with external expansion) and up to 350 people cocktail reception. On a total area of 1000 m2, the long sandy beach, the dock, the deck is covered by a removable arbor are open every day of the year (lunch and dinner in summer, lunch only off season).
Had a lovely last meal of the holiday here. Sat on the sand in the sunset was perfect. Food was good, we thought, but not exceptional. The accompaniments to my sea bass could have had a bit more flavour rested but the crème caramel and tart tartin were fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful and service generally quick. We ordered cocktails to have while we waited for our food but the meal arrived first which was a bit disappointing but perhaps our dodgy French didn’t make it clear ???????? Overall a lovely evening and would go there again
